WARRANTY AND RETURN POLICY
Return Policy - Bloom Haus
At Bloom Haus, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of eligible items for store credit within the first 3 business days after receiving your order.
We do not offer refunds. All returns are processed as store credit (non-expiring shop credit).
✨ Conditions to Accept a Return
For an item to be eligible, it must meet the following requirements:
• Must be new, unused, unwashed, and unaltered.
• Must include all original tags attached and come in its original packaging.
• Must not have makeup, perfume, tears, stains, or pet hair.
• Must not be part of promotions or discounts (sale items are final sale).
• Must be shipped back within 7 days from the delivery date.
• You must contact us within the first 3 business days of receiving the product at: bloomhaus.shop@gmail.com
You must include:
• Photo of the product
• Photo of the packaging
• Order number
• Reason for the return
✨ Items We Do NOT Accept for Return
• Sale items or products purchased with discount codes (final sale).
• Personal care, consumable, or wellness products (such as Sixteen tea).
• Intimate accessories.
• Used, opened, stained, scented, or worn items.
• Products altered or manipulated after delivery.
✨ Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your product arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us at bloomhaus.shop@gmail.com within the first 3 business days of receiving your order.
You must send:
• Photo of the product
• Photo of the packaging
• Order number
We will replace the product at no additional cost.
✨ Customer Responsibility
• The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
• Bloom Haus is not responsible for lost or damaged packages during the return process.
We recommend using a shipping method with tracking.
🌸 Store Credit
Once the return is approved, you will receive store credit for the value of the returned product.
This credit does not expire and can be used for any future purchase at Bloom Haus.
