Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods

We use USPS for all our domestic shipments. At checkout, you will see the estimated shipping cost and delivery time based on your address.

Estimated delivery times:

• U.S. Domestic Shipping: 3–5 business days
  

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can monitor your package in real time.

Incorrect or Insufficient Address

Bloom Haus is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses entered at checkout. If you made a mistake, please contact us as soon as possible at bloomhaus.shop@gmail.com.

Delayed or Lost Packages

We do everything we can to ensure your order arrives safely, but once it is handed over to the carrier, shipping management depends on USPS. If your package is delayed, we will help you open a case with the carrier.
